We will land in Zurich early in the morning of Sep 12. We plan to stay in Sirnach overnight and drive on to Appenzell on Sep 13. Sirnach is where Stew's grandparents were married and many of his ancestors lived. In fact, the first page of the oldest wedding register of the Reformed Church in Sirnach contains the record for his ancestors' marriage in 1637. We will also visit Kirchberg where Stew's Grandfather Joseph Anton Ebneter was born and Wiezikon where Grandmother Barbara (Thalmann) Ebneter was born.
